Cost and Registration

The guiding idea of my retreats is that in bringing serious artists together in a beautiful setting we can support each other on our individual paths while tapping into a collective creative wellspring. 

​

The two-day "mini-retreat" happens each November on O‘ahu the weekend after Thanksgiving. The first day features lots of generative writing with Connie Hale and a special workshop with a guest writer. On Sunday, Connie guides you through revising and polishing your work. There is an arty break with a visual artist. The next two-day workshop will be November 28-29, 2026. Please fill out the registration form below.

If you cannot come but would like to contribute to the Molly Mayher writers scholarship fund, you can do that here, too.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing—no exceptions. Because it is hard to fill slots at the last minute, we stick to a strict cancellation policy:

--If you cancel before Nov. 1, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.

--If you cancel before Nov. 24, you will receive a refund of 50 percent.

--If you cancel after Nov. 24, there is no refund, but Connie will work with you to provide one hour of private instruction or coaching.
